PURPOSE: A belt buckle and a seat belt with the same are provided to safely fixing a belt tongue as the length of a frame is reduced within an allowable load of a safety factor. CONSTITUTION: A belt buckle comprises a frame(100), a lock device(200), a release button(300), an ejector(400), and an ejector spring. The lock device is installed in the longitudinal direction of the frame, and locks a belt tongue inserted to the inner lower side of the front part of the frame. The release button releases the locking of a belt tongue by moving backward. When the belt tongue is inserted into the frame, a rivet is engaged in a recessed groove(410). When the belt tongue is unlocked, the ejector spring separates the belt tongue from the frame by pushing both ends of the rear side of the ejector. |
