PURPOSE: A PC structure for a storage tank with improved construction performance and productivity is provided to remarkably reduce construction time by easily and rapidly assembling a PC block and a column using a coupler and a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A PC structure for a storage tank with improved construction performance and productivity comprises a lower PC foundation wall(100) and an upper PC wall(200) for composition. The lower PC foundation wall comprises a bottom plate, a support plate, connections, and binding bars. The support plate is vertically positioned at the top surface of the bottom plate and a filling groove in which cast-in-place concrete is placed. The connections are formed on both ends of the filling groove, and couplers are buried therein. The binding bars are formed in the lower fastening portions of the couplers and are extended from the inside the support plate. The upper PC wall is integrally coupled to the top of the support plate of the lower PC foundation wall and comprises multiple PC walls and main reinforcing bars. The PC panels are vertically positioned at the top surfaces of the connections of the support plates. The main reinforcing bars are coupled to the upper fastening portions of the couplers.
