摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF electrode that has a directional control function to easily position an RF electrode tip at a specific site in tissues in the body and is used for local ablation of body tissues. <P>SOLUTION: The RF electrode relates to an emission frequency electrode body that includes first/second electrodes inserted into body tissues while being guided by a guide tube. The emission frequency electrode body is configured such that a first electrode tip formed at the end of the first electrode and a second electrode tip formed at the end of the second electrode are connected to each other while being spaced apart at a prescribed interval therebetween, and configured to be used for selectively removing body tissues. Specifically, a coil spring is connected to the ends of the first/second electrodes of the electrode body. The coil spring has such a form that the end is bendable in a free state and is deformed by pulling at least one of the first/second electrodes. If the electrode body is used, it facilitates to perform the treatment on the desired tissue site in the body with an emission frequency by easily controlling the direction and position of the electrode tips. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
