<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar material joint allowing increase in length as compared with before, and to provide a structure using the dissimilar material joint and a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of joint segments 44 are continuously provided in the long direction to form this dissimilar material joint 50. A first member 51, an intermediate member 55 and a second member 54 are joined by explosive welding and are integrated to form the joint segment 44. The junction end face of the joint segment 44 joined with another segment 44 is formed with a groove 62 (a recessed part) spatially separating the end face of the first member 51 and the end face of the second member 54 in the laminating direction.
