<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange unit and an assembly method of the thermoelectric conversion module which enable easy assembly even if the heat exchange unit is formed by assembling individual thermoelectric conversion module, which are independent of each other, to the interior of a case. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat exchange unit 1, a Peltier module group 20, composed of multiple Peltier modules 22, is assembled to the interior of a case 10.
