摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control frequent repetition of the stop and the restart of a steam type prime mover and an air compressor attributable to the fluctuation of a load state, to maintain the operational mode of the high stability, and to practically improve the operational efficiency in a steam system including the steam type prime mover and the air compressor, and controlling steam supply to the steam type prime mover by using two elements of the air load and the steam load. <P>SOLUTION: A steam engine 2 generates the driving force by the flow-in and the flow-out of pressurized steam, and supplies the flown-out steam to steam using machines 11. An air compressor 3 is driven by the driving force of the steam engine 2, takes in air from the outside, and discharges the compressed air to a compressed air using machine 20 via a compressed air passage 19. A steam supply control unit 17 controls a steam supply valve 10 in a steam supply passage 8 to the steam engine 2 by using the load of the compressed air to be discharged from the air compressor 3, and the load of the steam flowing out from the steam engine 2.
