The brake has a friction element (11) rotatably arranged with a vehicle wheel and a brake element arranged relative to the friction element. The brake element is pressed for braking a friction portion (11a) of the friction element. The friction element is formed as a brake drum and an internally ventilated brake disk. Brake parameter value for the drum brake and the disk brake is calculated by preset formulas. Inner diameter, external diameter and width of the friction portion are provided in specific mm. Average thickness of a drum-shaped portion (11b) is provided in specific mm. An independent claim is also included for an electromotive drive system.
