<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable analog device capable of holding data even when supply of a power supply potential is blocked, and reducing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A programmable circuit in which a plurality of unit cells each including an analog element are connected in parallel performs switching between conduction and non-conduction for each unit cell. A switch of the unit cell is configured to includes a first transistor capable of sufficiently reducing an off current, and a second transistor having a gate electrode electrically connected with a source electrode or a drain electrode of the first transistor.
