PATTERNED FILM PACKING BODY, AND PATTERNED FILM PACKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterned film packing body that can suppress a dimensional change of a pattern formed in a patterned film.

SOLUTION: The patterned film packing body 10 includes: the patterned film 1 in which a pattern is provided on a plastic film substrate 2; and a storing member 11 formed of a moisture-proof material and storing the patterned film 1 therein in a sealed state. A space 15 that comes into contact with the patterned film 1 and allows a presence of a residual gas 14 remained at an atmosphere pressure therein, is formed between the storing member 11 and the patterned film 1. A volume ratio of the residual gas 14 to the patterned film 1 is 0.5-250%.
