The invention relates to the treatment of liquid radioactive wastes (LRW) from organic substances, consisting in delivery dust solution and LRW, and uranium, in which silicon aluminum-containing coagulant-flocculant of "Sizol-2500" type is used, and the obtained solution is divided to clarified solution and thickened suspension. The clarified solution is filtered on membrane with size of pores of 0.2-3 micrometers, and the thickened suspension for the increasing of speed of filtering process additional filtering material (AFM) - wood flour or cellulose is used. Sludge after filtering of clarified solution and thickened suspension on print filter for decreasing of part of secondary wastes is dried at temperature of 105 °C, and then baked at temperature of 700-800 °C for 4 hours.The proposed treatment process has significant advantage in comparison with prototype. The use of AFM - wood flour or cellulose allows considerably lessen the part of secondary wastes – ash weight in g on the basis of 1 dmof LRS and part of ash in percents (0.02-0.046 %) and increase the speed of filtering process. In the proposed process values of COD filtrate (degree of treatment), uranium concentration (degree of treatment) are such as in prototype.The proposed treatment process of LRS has an essential value for SSE "Chornobylska AES", as it allows obtaining on object "Ukryttia" preliminary treatment from heavy-removed polymer substances and other organic compounds from uranium at weight decrease of part of secondary wastes and increase of speed of filtering process. |
