Provided is a highly accurate particle measuring apparatus (15b) which is provided with: at least two electrodes (1a, 1b); a measuring unit (2), which measures particles contained in a sample; and at least one upstream flow channel (4a) and one downstream flow channel (4b), which have the sample flowing therein. The electrode (1a) and/or the electrode (1b) is disposed at a part of a specific region, which is a region different from the measuring unit (2), the upstream flow channel (4a) and the downstream flow channel (4b), and is also different from a flow line to be a main line of a flow of the sample.
