Provided is an ultrasound diagnostic device, comprising: a transmission unit which supplies a drive signal according to a prescribed transmission condition to a plurality of ultrasound oscillation elements which transmits ultrasound to a subject in response to a supplied drive signal and emits a received signal based on a reflected wave from the subject; a receiving unit which stores a plurality of received signals for image generation corresponding to the plurality of ultrasound oscillation elements, uses each stored received signal for image generation to generate a received beam according to a prescribed receiving condition, and stores a plurality of received signals for correction corresponding to the plurality of ultrasound oscillation elements; a correction unit which receives the plurality of received signals for correction, and corrects at least either the transmission condition or the receiving condition on the basis of the plurality of received signals for correction; and an image processing unit which generates an ultrasound image based on the received beam.
