PURPOSE: An exhaust grill for a railway vehicle is provided to supply the proper amount of cooling or hot air discharged into the spaces from an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust grill(100) for a railway vehicle comprises a first exhaust grill(110) and a second exhaust grill(120). A first assembly hole(111) is formed at the center of the first exhaust grill. Multiple first exhaust holes(112) are formed on the first exhaust grill on both sides of the first assembly hole. The second exhaust grill is coupled at the bottom of the first grill and has a second assembly hole(121) at the center of the second exhaust grill. Multiple second exhaust holes(122) are formed on the second exhaust grill on both sides of the second assembly hole.
