PURPOSE: A corrugated radiator panel made of magnesium materials for a floor heating system and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the construction period of a heating floor by effectively fixing a radiator panel. CONSTITUTION: A corrugated radiator panel(1) made of magnesium materials for a floor heating system comprises a square magnesium panel(100), upper and lower pipe grooves, and bored holes(400). The upper pipe grooves passing through the left and right sides of the square magnesium panel are straightly formed in the center of the upper side of the square magnesium panel. The lower pipe grooves passing through the left and right sides of a rectangular bottom panel are formed in the center of the lower side of the square magnesium panel. The bored holes are penetrated from the upper part to the lower part of the square magnesium panel. The upper and lower pipe grooves are symmetrically formed around the center line of the square magnesium panel. |
