PURPOSE: A pop-up type dropper in which a container body and an external cap are not combined by separate screwing is provided to enable a user to draw and use a fixed amount of content by simply pushing a button with one hand. CONSTITUTION: A container body(110) contains cosmetics and forms an opening part(111) on the top. A wiper(120) has a cylindrical shape on the lower part, and a through-hole(121) is formed in the center of the bottom face. An external cap(130) is formed in the internal side of the cylindrical shape. A button(141) is combined on the top of a pressing bar(140). The pressing bar is inserted into the internal side of the external cap and is installed to move up and down. A stopper(150) is installed to successively repeat moving pop-up operation. A lower pop-up plate(160) is fixated by combining the top of a guide(161) to the bottom of the external cap, forming the through-hole in the center. A upper pop-up plate(170) has the through-hole in the center and installed at the bottom of a rotation stopper. An elastic band ring(180) is compressed and fixated to the internal side of the wiper. A spring(185) is installed between the bottom of the rotation stopper and the bottom face of the lower pop-up plate. A piston rod(190) is combined to the bottom of the rotation stopper. A cylinder rod(195) has an outlet(196) on the bottom.
