The passage (3, 23, 33, 43) is disposed between and communicates the two sacs (11, 12, 41, 42, 71, 72, 73, 74) so as to allow the fluid to flow between the two sacs (11, 12, 41, 42, 71, 72, 73, 74) through the passage (3, 23, 33, 43). The first device (5, 25, 35, 45) is connected with the passage (3, 23, 33, 43) so as to fill the fluid into the two sacs (11, 12, 41, 42, 71, 72, 73, 74).
