PURPOSE: An optical semiconductor based illuminating apparatus is provided to prevent moisture from infiltrating into a shade. CONSTITUTION: A lamp(100) comprises a semiconductor optical device(110) and a shade(120). One or more semiconductor optical devices are arrayed. The shade protects the semiconductor optical device. A snow removing unit(200) is mounted in the shade. The snow removing unit removes snow by falling snow. |
