RADOME STRUCTURE WITH SCREEN SHUTTER TO SELECT TRANSMISSION OR SHIELDING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES

PURPOSE: A shutter type radome structure capable of selecting transmission or shielding characteristics of electromagnetic waves is provided to randomly select transmission and shielding of radar waves by additionally installing a transmission control screen and a liquid mercury injection and removal device. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding and transmission control screen(20) is installed on the inner wall of a radome(10). The electromagnetic wave shielding and transmission control screen is formed with a hollow housing structure. An air inlet and a liquid mercury inlet are respectively formed on the upper part and lower part of the housing. A liquid mercury injection and removal device is connected to the electromagnetic wave shielding and transmission control screen. A pressure cylinder(30) is horizontally arranged.
