PURPOSE: A fender assembly structure and an assembling method thereof are provided to remove gaps among a head lamp, a fender and a bumper by improving the fender assembly structure, thereby increasing product quality. CONSTITUTION: A fender assembly structure comprises a bracket(3) prepared in a vehicle body, a head lamp(30) fixed to the vehicle body, and a fender which comprises a first fixing unit(30a) and a second fixing unit(30b) to be fixed to the bracket. The first fixing unit is temporarily assembled in the bracket in a movable manner before assembling the second fixing unit is completed, and fixed to the bracket after assembling the second fixing unit is completed. The second fixing unit is separated from the first fixing unit and fixed to the head lamp.
