<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off structure and a water cut-off method between window glass and a support member for suppressing peeling of an adhesion portion to improve water cut-off property. <P>SOLUTION: A front pillar 19 formed by polypropylene resin includes a projected line 23 for water cut-off extending along an end of front window glass 14. Urethane adhesive is applied to the projected line 23 or the vicinity position to adhere the end of the front window glass 14 to a front pillar 19. It is desirable that the projected line 23 includes a communication hole into which the urethane adhesive is allowed to flow. It is desirable that an upper end portion of the projected line 23 includes a notch allowing the urethan adhesive to flow out.
