SOLUTION: An content extracting device includes: an intimacy level information acquiring unit that acquires intimacy level information for designated users; an extraction period determining unit that determines a period in which the intimacy level between the designated users is high as an extraction period on the basis of the intimacy level information; and a content extracting unit that extracts content in the extraction period determined.
