<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify a life of a lighting fixture while restraining working environment from being affected. <P>SOLUTION: In a lighting device, a signal processing part 21 corresponding to a schedule control means controls notifying timing when it is determined on the basis of estimated result of a life that the life of a lighting fixture 1 (a light source 3 or a lighting circuit 4) ends.
