<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal processing apparatus which can be configured easily at low cost by making versatile articles applicable while performing high-speed input/output and signal processing when performing signal processing on a large amount of data or the like which are generated iteratively in a short cycle. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving and temporarily storing data which are generated iteratively in a cycle of PRI, reception completion interruptions which are generated in every data reception are collected and notified to a CPU representatively in one time of collective positive response, thereby reducing a processing load required for response processing of reception completion. Furthermore, each of signal processors selectively receives a series of data to which identification information matched to identification information of the signal processor per se is added, so that a signal processing apparatus is configured as a round robbin type comprised of a plurality of signal processors.
