<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light unit, an optical position detection apparatus and a display system with an input function in which, even if light is emitted from a plurality of light-emitting elements arrayed in a direction crossing an optical axis direction along with a virtual surface specified by the optical axis direction and an array direction, the intensity of light is prevented from being changed rapidly in the array direction of the light-emitting elements. <P>SOLUTION: In a light source unit 12 (light unit) used for an optical position detection apparatus 10, a plurality of light-emitting elements 120 are arrayed in a direction crossing an optical axis of the light-emitting elements 120, thereby emitting detection light L2 with sufficient intensity over a wide range along with a XY surface (virtual surface) specified by an optical axis direction and an array direction. A lens film 190 (sheet-like optical member) is disposed at an emission side in the optical axis direction of the plurality of light-emitting elements 120, such a lens film 190 has power to enlarge a divergence angle of emission light L1 from the light-emitting elements 120 in an inner direction of the XY surface but does not have power to scatter light in a Z-axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
