<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card having a proximity wireless transfer function and used by being inserted into a digital camera etc. <P>SOLUTION: The longitudinal length of a pattern of a ground 14 is shortened in order to reduce the amount of electric current flowing in the longitudinal direction within a high-frequency coupling device, which contributes to the radiant gain for a far field. A coupling electrode 11 and the ground 14 do not integrally act as a half-wave dipole antenna. It is possible to suppress the strength of a radiation electromagnetic field for the far field radiated in the lateral direction down to the standard prescribed under the Radio Law or less.
