<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a user to simply obtain information of another user even if the users have difficulty in communication with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a file server which stores a message of at least a first user: and an exchange which notifies the file server of the address and originating source indicated in a call request if the call request from the user device of a second user destined to the first user is rejected due to restriction.
