<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor capable of flexibly dealing with the size and the shape of a conductor through which measurement current flows and measuring both direct current and alternating current with a high S/N ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The current sensor includes: a Rogowski coil; an integrator for integrating the output signal of the Rogowski coil; an optical fiber having an annular part along the Rogowski coil; a light source/photodetection signal processing part for entering a straight polarized wave to the optical fiber and converting Faraday rotation generated by a magnetic field into an electric signal; and an adder for adding together the output of the integrator and the output of the light source/photodetection signal processing part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
