<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor allowing a user to intuitively understand information necessary for the user as voice information. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a storage part, sensor, control part, and voice output part. The storage part can store a plurality of pieces of voice information associated with each position. The sensor can detect displacement of the information processor. The control part can extract one or more pieces of voice information matched with a predetermined condition from the plurality of pieces of voice information stored in the storage part. Moreover, the control part can generate multichannel voice information in which the extracted voice information is located at the associated position on the basis of the detected displacement.
