<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite lath and a composite lath, allowing knob-like projections with a constant height suitable for external wall construction to be easily, reliably, and accurately formed on high-rigidity ribs. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite lath including a plurality of horizontal ribs 1 which are arranged spaced from each other in the vertical direction, a plurality of vertical ribs 2 which are arranged spaced from each other in the horizontal direction, and a net material 3 which is bonded to the horizontal and vertical ribs comprises: preparing the net material 3 having a thickness thinner than the ribs 1 and 2 and meshes finer than those of the horizontal and vertical ribs 1 and 2; forming a concave groove 10a extending in the vertical direction by pressing the intermediate part between the vertical rib 2 and the vertical rib 2 along the vertical direction from the front face to the rear face; and then forming a number of knob-like projections 10a' on the rear face by thrusting back the net material 3 between the horizontal rib 1 and the horizontal rib 1 at the concave groove 10a from the rear face to the front face such that the knob-like projection 10a' remains at an intermediate position of the horizontal rib 1 between the vertical rib 2 and the vertical rib 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
