<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with excellent detection sensitivity of a contact position. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises: an array substrate 110 including a display region 25 including a plurality of display pixels PX arranged in matrix, a plurality of first electrodes 30A arranged in matrix, second electrodes 30B disposed in the same layer as the first electrode 30A and connecting the first electrodes 30A to each other, and third electrodes 40 disposed in a lattice form on the first electrodes 30A and the second electrodes 30B; a counter substrate 120 disposed so as to face the array substrate 110; and a liquid crystal layer 70 held between the array substrate 110 and the counter substrate 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
