<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an atomization spray of a high viscosity liquid of which the liquid supply structure and the atomization spray structure are simple structures and which does not give the restriction to the property of a usable liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid atomization spray device includes a nozzle plate which has a nozzle and to which a viscous liquid is supplied, a vibrator which impresses a vibration to this nozzle plate or the viscous liquid, and an electrical signal generation means for vibrating this vibrator intermittently, wherein the vibration of the vibrator is intermittently stopped before the spray outlet side of the nozzle is wetted and covered with the viscous liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
