<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transport fluid for improving thermal conductivity by controlling carbon nanotubes in the fluid to be in a good dispersion state from the viewpoint of heat transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A heat transport fluid 1 includes: a solvent 2 composed of water or an organic substance; a plurality of minute particles 3 dispersed in the solvent 2; and a plurality of carbon nanotubes 4 dispersed in the solvent 2. Each of the minute particles 3 has a polyhedral shape or a shape like Japanese confetti candy.
