<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for insert molding which has uniform moldability and is suitably used to manufacture various members. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film for insert molding includes polyethylene terephthalate as a main constituent, and one or more third components selected from diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol and 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol, the total of the third components being 2.0-10.0 mol%. The polyester film has an application layer on at least one surface, and simultaneously satisfies the following (1)-(5). (1) 0.56≤film IV≤0.80; (2)-1.0%≤dimensional change rate at 100°C in MD direction≤1.0%; (3)-1.0%≤dimensional change rate at 100°C in TD direction≤1.0%; (4)-1.0%≤dimensional change rate at 150°C in MD direction≤1.0%; and (5)-1.0%≤dimensional change rate at 150°C in TD direction≤1.0%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
