<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately refuse an access request from an unauthorized application. <P>SOLUTION: When an application approval code is received, an authentication information table is acquired from an authentication information management server. A certificate extraction part 105 extracts certificate information from a package manager 106 using the authentication information table. A verification processing part 107 performs verification of a client application 101 on the basis of the certificate information.
