ROTARY DESCALER FOR SIDE OF SLAB AND ROLLING EQUIPMENT HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A rotary descaler for the lateral side of a slab and rolling equipment with the same are provided to efficiently remove an oxidized scale layer generated on the lateral side of a slab during reheating by continuously applying a rotational physical impact to the slab. CONSTITUTION: A rotary descaler(400) comprises a cylindrical rotary roller(410) formed with protrusions on the exterior surface thereof, a supporter(420) supporting both ends of the rotary roller, and a length regulating unit(430) which is connected to the supporter and extensible.
