PURPOSE: A forming method of water current including bubbles from sounds in water is provided to form water droplets shining like a diamond or a star by irradiating with strobe light. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of water current including bubbles from sounds in water comprises: a step of installing sound in water from material which can be hardly separate noise source a vertical wall in advance onto a vertical wall; a step of forming water droplets in erupted water current by means of erupting current water from an outlet with the length of 2 mm or less; a step of suppressing units suppressing the dispersion of erupted water current by having alternative currents pass through the erupted water current; and a step of irradiating the water current containing water droplets with strobe light from a multi strobe device to form water droplets.
