PURPOSE: A backlight unit is provided to use a transparent film and a pattern film instead of a light guide plate, thereby making a product slim. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit(100) includes a light source module(110), a pattern film(124) and a transparent film(122). The pattern film is adjacent to the light source module. Multiple patterns are formed on the upper surface of the pattern film. The transparent film is arranged on the upper surface of the pattern film. Part of the light reflected in the pattern film passes through the transparent film. |
