One embodiment of an alcohol beverage and spirits sampling vessel which collects evaporated beverage odorants in a collection chamber designed to promote evaporation through curved sides and wide beverage surface area, which chamber's top opening consists of an orifice area to collect and concentrate vapors and increase molecular collision frequency of all odorants as they are forced up and through the orifice by evaporative vapor pressure. Said odorants are then released into a wider area expansion chamber, enabling lighter, fast moving, volatile ethanol molecules to rapidly dissipate prior to reaching the sampler's nose, providing greater aroma detection, enhancing the nosing, tasting, and sampling experience for all types of spirits, wines and liqueurs, distilled, fermented, and fortified.
