Multifunction high chair which comprises a baby walker (12), a seat (13), and rapid attachment means (14) for the reciprocal association and disassociation of said baby walker (12) and the seat (13). There are at least two rapid attachment means (14) disposed opposite on the sides of the high chair, each of them comprises a lever (16) which, at a first end (24) which is upper during use, has a through hole for housing an anchorage pin (25) to an element (23) of the seat (13), and a second end (27) which is lower during use, which has a through hole for housing an attachment element (49) which is inserted in the clamping position into a corresponding blind hole (33) made on an element (28) of the baby walker (12).
