<p>The flat sound-absorbing element has a plate (10) in which several holes spaced apart which are arranged as micro-slits (20). Each micro-slot is formed in an elongated shape. Each micro-slot is provided with slanted side walls (21) in the shape of truncated cone over the thick portion, by which the lower smaller hole opening (22) is connected to the upper wider opening (25). The lower smaller hole opening comprises a width of 0.05 to 0.15 mm, and a length of 10 to 60 millimeters.
