PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a door and a door manufactured thereby are provided to improve the quality of the doors by accurately and uniformly attaching attachments to the doors. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a door is as follows. The size, cutting and boring portions, position, and shape of a door are inputted to software for a computer and outputted. An aluminum board fixed to a workbench is moved in X-axis and Y-axis directions by receiving the outputted signal from the computer. The surface of the aluminum board is cut using a laser processing machine and punched using a punching machine to manufacture front and rear panels(100a,100b). Coupling protrusions(110) are formed on the edge of the front panel at uniform intervals. Fastening grooves(210) for receiving the coupling protrusions therein are formed on the rear panel. The front panel is folded using a numerical control folding machine to be inserted into the fastening grooves of the rear panel. The ends of the coupling protrusions passing through the fastening grooves are pressed using a press to securely connect the front and rear panels to each other. An attachment is assembled in each cutout portion of the front and rear panels.
