PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular load detecting device capable of appropriately detecting own abnormal conditions. SOLUTION: The vehicular load detecting device for detecting the load for a vehicle, based on the output of pressure sensing sensor provided with a transmission member for transmitting the load to the vehicle, characteristically detects own abnormal conditions, based on the output of pressure-sensitive sensor at a predetermined vehicle stoppage.
