PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the lifetime of the organic light emitting device by enhancing adhesion between a cover layer and an uneven metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device is formed on a substrate. A cover layer(27) covers the organic light emitting device. A thin film sealing layer(200) is attached to the cover layer and includes an uneven metal sheet with a plurality of uneven parts. A plurality of protrusions(220) are formed on the lower side of the uneven part in the uneven metal sheet to face the cover layer.
