PURPOSE: A water supplying apparatus for a reformer and a quantitatively supplying test method using the same are provided to monitor the water supplying situation of a pump in real time by alternately opening and closing water tanks according to the water level signals of level sensors. CONSTITUTION: A water supplying apparatus for a reformer includes a first water tank(30), a second water tank(40), a first level sensor(32), and a second level sensor. The first water tank stores water received from a coolant supplying tank through a first line(21). The first water tank drains the stored water through a third line(50). The second water tank stores water received from the coolant supplying tank through a second line(22). The second water tank supplies water to a metering pump(80) through a fourth line(60). The level sensors respectively detect the level of water in the water tanks. The water tanks alternately open and close according to the water level signals from the level sensors. The water supplying situation of the metering pump is monitored in real time by a water supplying starting time and a water supplying terminating time.
