PURPOSE: A roll-to-roll printing device is provided to correct postures of a blanket roll and a doctor blade and a pattern roll without moving a film, thereby improving a printing quality. CONSTITUTION: A roll-to-roll printing device comprises a horizontal transferring member(110), an alignment unit(120), a pattern roll(130), a doctor blade(140), a blanket roll(150), a vacuum adsorption unit(160), a sensing unit, and a control unit. The horizontal transferring member is arranged in the lower part of a film transferring line along the film transferring line. The alignment unit reciprocates forward and backward through the horizontal transferring member. The pattern roll is installed on the top of the alignment unit, thereby moving with the alignment unit. Resists are spread on the exterior surface of the pattern roll. The doctor blade eliminates unnecessary resists among the resists spread on the exterior surface of the pattern roll. The blanket roll is arranged in between the pattern roll and film and moved up and down and receives the resists from the pattern roll, thereby projecting the resists to a bottom surface of the film again. The vacuum adsorption unit is arranged on the top of the film transferring line, thereby adsorbing the film into a vacuum state. The sensing unit senses a position of the film with respect to the blanket roll and generates alignment signals. |
