PURPOSE: A photographing device for adding location information and environment information to a photographed image and a method thereof are provided to remove the inconvenience of carrying many equipments by obtaining the location information and the environment information and storing the information with the image. CONSTITUTION: A smart-space picture camera photographs a photographing place(S310). The smart-space picture camera adds a code including location information and environment information to a generated photo(S350). A monitoring/storing server monitors environmental pollution by analyzing the location information and the environment information(S380). The monitoring/storing server classifies the smart-space picture. The monitoring/storing server stores the classified smart-space picture in a database(S390).
