PURPOSE: A boom sprayer capable of uniformly spraying decontaminating fluid and a boom vibration control device are provided to reduce vibration of the boom. CONSTITUTION: A boom sprayer(100) comprises a link arm(2) and a boom(4). The link arm is installed at a car body(1). One end of the boom is supported in the link arm. The other end of the boom is installed as a free end portion and sprays decontaminating fluid. A boom vibration control device controls the vibration of the boom of the boom sprayer. A buffer(30) is horizontally installed with the boom to the boom.
