PURPOSE: A tray transfer grip apparatus for an MLCC(multilayer ceramic capacitor) loader is provided to stably transfer a tray by elevating the tray. CONSTITUTION: A guide frame(310) is installed on a loader. A motor(320) fixes an end unit of the guide frame. A ball screw unit(330) is connected to a rotary shaft of the motor. A mobile block(340) is combined with the ball screw unit. A fixing piece includes a vertical piece and a horizontal piece. An elastic member is located between a body of an operating cylinder and a fixing bracket.
