<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine enhancing interest of a player by performing a ready-to-win condition with a symbol selected by the player. <P>SOLUTION: When winning occurs in a lottery during a game, this pinball game machine arranges and stops the same design symbols on a variable display device and notifies of the occurrence of the winning. When the player selects a design symbol, the pinball game machine determines a ready-to-win performance and a state of a post-ready-to-win performance performed after the ready-to-win performance based on the selection symbol, and performs the performances. When the player selects the design symbol, the pinball game machine performs the post-ready-to-win performance after the ready-to-win performance without simply performing the ready-to-win performance with the selection symbol, and determines the state of the post-ready-to-win performance based on the selection symbol, so that the pinball game machine can perform a proper performance even when the player selects any selection symbol.
