PURPOSE: Provided is a healthy food using seaweed having no calorie dietary fiber as a main ingredient, thereby helping to remove fat or cholesterol, giving abdominal inflation to control food intake, and ultimately preventing adult diseases including hypertension, hear disease, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, etc. CONSTITUTION: The healthy food characteristically contains 12% of Gracilariaceae, 3% of brown seaweed, 13% of Gigartina tenella, 12% of Gloiopeltis furcata, 10% of Codium Fragile, 8% of Hizikia fusiforme, 6% of Seaweed papulosa, 11% of Primula sieboldii Morren., 16% of Geildium amansii, 5% of Campylaephora hypnaeoides, and 4% of Gindumal. Its manufacturing method comprises the steps of: washing each seaweed; removing impurities and salts from the washed seaweed then dewatering it ; finely cutting the dewatered seaweed; heating the finely cut seaweed to obtain its extract; and filtering and concentrating the extract. |
